Title: Tuesday by David Wiesner

APA Citation: Wiesner, D. (1991). Tuesday. New York, NY: Clarion Books.

Short Annotation: This book illustrated frogs and toads on a Tuesday night. The frogs and toads start flying from the pond into the town. Next morning, police found lily pads on the streets and could not figure out why. The cliffhanger from this book were the pigs flying on a Tuesday around the same time the frogs and toads started flying too.

Genre: Fiction

Grade Level: K-2

Intended Audience: This book is good for children grades K-2. Since it is a wordless book, it might be more enjoyable for younger students.

Rating: 10/10, I felt like it was a good wordless book. The cliffhanger made me want it to have a sequel.

Text-Dependent Question: “Who did the frogs and toads pass when they were flying across town?”
